課程概述 |
本課程於兼顧基礎理論與實際應用的前提下，廣泛地介紹運用物理、化學、或生物性的方法進行環境相關之採樣、樣本前處理、儀器偵測等議題。本課程適合於想概略性地多方了解環境分析之議題者。 Introduction of physical, chemical, and biological techniques for environmental sampling, sample preparation, and determination. This course will provide a broad overview of fundamental theories and practical environmental sampling and analysis approaches. |

課程目標 |
學生於修課後能瞭解當今環境量測與分析常用之技術原理與適合之應用層面，使用特定採樣或量測方法之緣由，並能抓住相關文獻或演說中有關環境採樣、分析之重要論點。
1. Understand frequently-used modern techniques for environmental measurement and analysis.
2. Realize why or how a study applies to a specific sampling measure or a determinative method.
3. Are able to follow the ideas of literature or seminars relating to environmental sampling or analysis. |

課程要求 |
建議修課學生具備物理學、生物學、微生物學、有機化學之基礎知識。雖然課程將以中文講述，但是課程講義與參考素材將以英文文獻為主。
1. Basic knowledge of physics, biology, microbiology, and organic chemistry is preferred.
2. Lecture in Mandarin but with slides/course materials in English. |
